UMBRO GEOMETRA COLORWAYS & SPECIALI III PRO

For all of you today we have some stunning looking Umbro colorways starting off with the Geometras and then with the New Speciali IIIs which have been spotted all around the world from Korea to Norway.

White/White/True Red/Kingfisher:

First off we have this stunning new Geometra Pro colourway. The Geometra Pro is Umbro’s control boot and in our review of them, our tester, Rob, discovered that they were a well priced, reliable boot. Featuring a kangaroo leather upper, one thing the Geometras are, is super comfy.

Black/White/Sharp Green/True Red:

This green/black/red colourway is the second Geometra colourway being released and it’ll certainly find favour with flashy boot lovers. Since Umbro are owned by Nike, it’s not a surprise that the Geometras are a little similar to the Nike CTR360 Maestri. For example, Umbro have included dampening pads containing memory foam called Teijin Medial Pads which are designed to improve ball control.
The most unique thing about the Geometras is their stud configuration. It’s actually inspired by the shoes of squash players and features a pivot pressure point for quicker turning.

Pearlised White/Black/Nectarine:
Here are the new Umbro Speciali III Pro. Initial reactions toward the boot have all been really positive, despite the rise in price (they now cost $199 US). In our exclusive preview, we discovered that the Speciali III Pros offer supreme comfort much like their predecessors, but offer a better fit than the Speciali R.

Umbro have brought in asymmetrical lacing, meaning that the strike zone on the boot will be bigger. Expected to drop officially in January 2012, they will be worn by the likes of Michael Owen, Darren Bent and John Terry.

Specs:
- Lightweight kangaroo leather and micro fiber upper for great feel, supreme touch and flexibility
- Hidden asymmetrical lacing provides a larger flat strike surface
- Fitted with an all new injection insole board for midsole and heel supports with forefoot flexibility
- Lightweight TPU outsole with excellent forefoot flex and heel stability
- Full length internal memory foam on tongue for added comfort and touch
- Soft microfiber collar lining for increased comfort
- Built on the evolved and contoured original Speciali last

We anticipate a secondary blue release colourway to be released soon for the Speciali III Pros. For now though, which of these are you liking the most? Leave your answers in the section below.
