Black-out boots seem to be as common as new colourways at the moment with almost every brand testing out a new boot on some player. The latest person to be spotted in an upcoming release is ex-Liverpool star Harry Kewell.
The Adidas AdiPure 11Pro is a boot who launch is greatly anticipated. We have seen the 11Pro floating around before on the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger but we were a little surprised to see Harry in them.
We know that the new AdiPure will feature a brand new soleplate design (which we get a glimpse of on Harry) and will of course feature a little slot for Adidas‘ MiCoach Speed Cell.
Kewell players for Australian A-League side Melbourne Victory who are sponsored by Adidas and that may explain why Harry was testing out a black-out version of the new AdiPure 11 Pro. Harry was an avid Adidas wearer at his time with Liverpool however Kewell’s last outing (3 days before) saw him in Nike Tiempo Legend IV boots.
