The Adidas adi5 range is one of the most sought after ranges when it comes to turf boots. Now with help of Real Madrid and France great Zinedine Zidane Adidas unveil their next generation adi5 shoes the adi5 X-ite.
High Energy/Electricity/Phantom
At 266gm the X-ites are adidas’ lightest ever turf shoes and are designed to offer the perfect first touch. The Synthetic leather and mesh upper offer flexibility and durability while the mesh lining helps reduce weight and increase breathability.
Dark Onix/Silver
A high-grip touch Compound on the vamp and midfoot creates excellent ball control. A highly abrasion-resistant synthetic overlay provides enhanced protection in the toe and heel areas. The pre-molded, lightweight EVA midsole and adiPRENE under the heel give you superior cushioning at impact and excellent shock absorption.
White/Blue
A flexible, low-to-the-ground 5-a-side stud outsole enables quick moves and perfect ball touches thanks to a new 5-a-side stud configuration with low-speed toe studs, round forefoot center studs and triangular TRAXION 2.0 studs for fastest acceleration.

The Adidas adi5 X-ite turf shoes are available to pre-order now and will hit stores around mid-January. Although Zidane is the official face of the Adi5 range, the man giving them a lot of exposure at the moment is Leo Messi who wore the new Phantom/Metallic Silver/Slime colourway on the cover of EA Sports new Fifa Street 12 game.
